Common questions

Billing, invoices, and cancellation

Open your dashboard → “Manage subscription”. Stripe’s billing portal lets you cancel, renew, and update your payment method; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period. For anything the portal doesn’t cover, email us.

Blocking doesn’t work in private/Incognito windows

Chrome disables extensions in Incognito by default. Open chrome://extensions → Turnoff → Details → enable “Allow in Incognito”.

Adding your own blocked sites

On the dashboard, add any domain under “Your blocked sites” — it starts blocking in all your connected browsers right away.

Deleting your account

Dashboard → “Delete account”. This permanently removes your account, stats, and custom blocklist. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via “Manage subscription”.
