Safari on iPhone 📱
Turnoff for iPhone ships inside the Turnoff app — its in-app guide walks you through these same steps with live checkmarks.
Get the iPhone app- 1Install the Turnoff app and sign in.
- 2In Safari, open any website, tap the puzzle icon in the address bar → Manage Extensions → switch Turnoff on.
- 3Tap the puzzle icon again → Turnoff → Always Allow → Always Allow on Every Website.
- 4Back in the app: turn on Beyond Safari — it filters adult sites in every other browser and switches private tabs off.
Safari will warn that Turnoff “can read and alter webpages” — Apple shows the same warning for every extension like this. It’s what lets Turnoff swap a blocked site for a meme; your browsing never leaves your device.
